So, finally one of my favourite industrial buildings in the region around Zwickau is under demoliton now. Of course it was a listed building, of course this fact dosnīt matter. So better for the council to pay 25% of the demolitions costs (75% are sponsered by EU; costs are about 750.000 ) and to make a useless grassed area instead of thinking how to reuse such a unique building.
