Part of the complex from the former Solvent Belge now Traitex s.a in Verviers (B). The complex has been build in 1899. Traitex is a merging from the former Solvent Belge and Lavoir & Carbonnissage de Dolhain in 1981. The company is active in the field of the treatment of textiles. They offer services in sorting of raw wool, special treatment after washing and carbonizing (anti-moth, anti-fire, bleaching, disinfecting), manufacture of balls of wool for bedding and more.
