Part of the Millennium Inorganic Chemicals site near Grimsby. This is one of two large plants in the area producing Titanium Dioxide, a dense white pigment used principally in paint and paper manufacture. The plant was built by Laporte Industries, but was sold by them in 1984 and clearly has been in various hands since. It is currently basically American-run, although the financial capital resides in the Middle East.
