Tuchwerk Stockheider Mühle

Gate house from the former Stockheider Mühle, a cloth factory at the banks of the Wildbach in Aachen (D). On this site there was a fulling miil from 1788 till 1891. From then on it has been expanded by a new owner (Thomas Rzehak) with installations for dyeing and in 1945 with a line for finishing cloth. In 1969 the business has been taken over by Becker & Führen. The company was closed in 1983. Now it is a depot from the Textile Museum known as Tuchwerk Soers
