Ponte Real Ferdinando
One of the first suspended bridges in continental Europe, built over the Garigliano river between 1828 and 1832. It was partially destroyed by the German Army during the 1943 retreat and re-built as the original in 1998, with the help of EU fundings.
It marks today the border between Lazio and Campania.
