Depot from the "Tramways Unifies de Liége et Extentions" (T.U.L.E); one of the 2 tramway systems on standard gauges in the region Liège. The T.U.L.E. has been active between 1928-1961.
After a period as depot this part of the complex has been in use by a firm in building materials and a forwarding business "First Shipping sa".
