New-York Hamburger Gummi-Waaren Compagnie
The NYH is a rubber producer founded in 1871. Originally headquartered in Hamburg, the company moved its production into a modern plant in Lüneburg 7 years ago. The Barmbek plant now hosts the Museum der Arbeit (Museum of Work), while the Harburg unit, depicted here, lies abandoned since 2009.
