Woeste Foundry Substation
Founded 1883 by Richard Woeste as "R. Woeste & Co. Fittings- und Flanschfabrik" in Düsseldorf producing fittings and flanges. The company was among the first ones using the annealed casting process. In 1990 production at Düsseldorf ceased and was completely moved to Velbert. The plant finally closed in 2003. The factory has been demolished.
