Plagwitrz mausert sich zum Szene-Stadtviertel - nachdem der Süden verbürgerlicht ist. Das tut den alten Industriebauten gut. In der Gießerstraße wurde begonnen, das alte Gisag-Gelände zu rekonstruieren. Das Haus im Hintergrund ist bereits saniert.

I wouldn't expect a foundry in such kind of building.
Nice to see, that someone preserves them. One could complain about the advertisements, but this could be rmoved at least.
The big opening looks as if there might have been a bridge crossing the road.
