Quinn Cement are the market leader in both the Irish Republic and Northern Ireland. The company operates two plants, with a total annual production capacity of 1.7million tons, about a mile apart, one on either side of the border between the two countries. This is the No.1 plant which was opened in 1989 at Gortymullen, Derrylin, in Fermanagh, Northern Ireland.
